We are currently hiring professional contractors interested in performing part-time, project based commercial real estate site visits for the purpose of collecting interior measurements, exterior elevation dimensions, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) data, and 2D high resolution photographs.
Requirements
Adaptive Property Solutions will provide field sheets (aka - scope of work documents) which serve as detailed instructions for each project. The typical equipment required to perform our projects include pen/pencil, graph paper, laser measurer, measuring tape, 6’ step ladder, and a high-resolution camera/smartphone. We are only looking for hand sketches or annotated photos, not CAD files. No software is required.
Once a contractor accepts a project, we prefer to schedule the site visits within 7-10 days. We ask that all field data be submitted within 24 hours after departing the job site. Payments are made via check or direct deposit (net ~30 days once all data is received and quality checked).
